Angie has hands-on experience in both private and home education settings and firmly believes that educational needs are as unique as the students themselves. She offers tailored solutions to clients, working to enhance education in diverse school environments. When not engrossed in spreadsheets, Angie enjoys frequenting local museums, kayaking, and fishing with her husband and two (soon to be three) kids.

Her background as a successful Social Studies and English teacher, having taught everything from middle school to diverse AP courses (world history, US history, psychology. Her experience spans diverse educational settings, including public schools in Florida, Mississippi, and Pennsylvania, as well as Montessori and Catholic schools, providing her with a holistic perspective on diverse academic needs and environments. This practical experience is complemented by her entrepreneurial spirit and commitment to innovative solutions, fueling her drive to create meaningful educational change. Her educational background further strengthens her ability to support educators and schools effectively.

• Curriculum Improvement: She collaborates with educators to develop and refine curricula that are engaging, relevant, and aligned with best practices. She helps create learning experiences that empower students to think critically, solve problems, and actively participate in their education. A key component of her curriculum work is developing curriculum sequences for grades based on state and district standards, ensuring a coherent flow between classes so students’ skills are scaffolded and grow through each grade level and subject area. This includes creating comprehensive curriculum maps and pacing guides to support effective implementation.

Her work in this area includes facilitating the creation of mission statements, developing routines that schools can implement to build student and teacher morale, and guiding the formation of school visions and strategic plans to provide a clear roadmap for growth and improvement.
• Functional Space and Design: She believes the physical environment plays a crucial role in learning. Teddi brings a unique blend of educational expertise and design. Having run her own successful interior design business, she offers design services to optimize classroom and school gathering spaces, creating flexible and inspiring environments that support active learning and collaboration. Her experience includes designing functional and homey classrooms, ensuring that spaces are aesthetically pleasing and conducive to effective teaching and learning. From furniture selection to layout design, she helps transform spaces to enhance the learning experience.
• Supporting Teachers: Teddi is passionate about supporting teachers, particularly those transitioning into the profession. Leveraging her educational background and classroom experience, she provides comprehensive support, from curriculum planning and classroom management strategies to professional development opportunities. She understands new teachers’ challenges and offers tailored guidance to help them thrive and build successful careers in education.

Robert Wright is an accomplished educator with nearly 20 years of experience in the field, including 13 years as the principal and president of a private school. With a strong background in leadership and educational management, he holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Education from Florida State University and a Master’s in Educational Leadership from the University of Dayton. Robert has consistently demonstrated a remarkable ability to drive growth, foster excellence, and create a lasting impact within the educational community.

Throughout his career, Robert has been instrumental in developing educational systems that meet the needs of a diverse student body. He has crafted rigorous academic programs while ensuring comprehensive support for students with Exceptional Student Education (ESE) needs, creating an inclusive and challenging learning environment for all. Robert is deeply committed to educating the whole student—mind, body, and spirit.

A proven leader, Robert has successfully spearheaded several large-scale initiatives, including raising over $9 million through capital campaigns to fund school improvements and expansion projects. His leadership played a pivotal role in the expansion of a K-8 school to include a fully accredited high school program, achieving a 100% Advanced Placement (AP) passing rate within just two years of the high school’s opening.

Robert’s strategic vision also led to the rapid growth of the K-8 school, increasing student enrollment from 160 to 600 during his tenure. He oversaw and managed large-scale construction projects, including the development of a new gymnasium and a state-of-the-art high school building, ensuring the school’s facilities met the growing needs of its expanding student body.

In addition to his administrative and leadership roles, Robert Wright is the founder of Mission Driven Schools, an organization dedicated to sharing his years of experience and insights with other school leaders. Recognizing the areas in which the U.S. education system can improve, Robert is passionate about promoting strategies that drive school success. He believes that when schools thrive, they are better equipped to serve students and families, enabling them to realize their full God-given potential.
